4 months!

Here are some stats on YOU this month:

Length:
26 inches

Weight:
16 pounds, 14 oz.

Sizes:
Size 3 diapers and 6-9 months clothes

Likes:
Playing with and chewing on your feet, hanging out with Santa dog, chewing on Sofie giraffe, sleeping in mom and dad's king size bed, sleeping on your belly (we fight this all the time), blowing bubbles and spitting, dancing on the table during dinner, singing along to pandora radio, deep belly laughs, telling stories, looking out the window, going outside with dad, watching Santa play ball, helping hold the book and turn the pages when we read stories, holding and throwing your O ball, skyping with friends and family and getting way up in the camera, bath time, kicking your feet, jumping and swinging in your new jumperoo, bopping the animals on your play and spin ocean game, getting baby massages with baby oil, being naked or hanging in just your diaper, filling up lots of diapers all in a row, peeing as soon as we open your diaper so we have to change your clothes, peeing in your bath tub, cold weather (it calms you right down), playing with the leaves outside, shaking up mommy's water bottle, putting everything that you can in your mouth, watching baby einstein videos on youtube, hanging in your Baby Bjorn with Dad, playing with people's faces, being a chatting cathy when you're eating, holding hands or hitting me in the face when you're nursing, doing the superman hold, trying to swat and pull down the animals on your mobile, playing with balloons and newspapers

Dislikes:
Sleeping in your crib, sleeping on your back, going on car rides and sitting in your car seat (you used to love it but now you scream), your pacifier (another thing you used to love now you spit it out), getting your picture taken, having to wait to get your diaper changed, being too hot, having the hiccups, wearing frilly, scratchy dresses and things on your head

Outings:

Hey little butterball (we're past Halloween so we tried to change from pumpkin :),

You keep on growing and growing - way too fast!  And just when I don't think you could get any more fun, you surprise us with new games, tricks, sounds, and smiles!

Life has slowed down a little since the last time I wrote you.  We are still living in Kalamazoo with Grandpa and Grandma Mexico and they are still taking great care of us.  And they are SO in love with you!  We are oh so blessed to live with some of the world's kindest and most amazing people who love on you all day long and are always ready to help us out in any and every way they can.  You are a very lucky girl to be loved and cared for by so many awesome people!

Daddy's farming job didn't work out, so he got a job doing merchandising work at the local stores in town.  Obviously you know by the time you can read this that Daddy is way more talented and could be doing a million more cool things but he has his whole life for that.  For now, he is just working there part-time so he gets to spend lots of time with me and you, and helping Grandpa with all kinds of projects around the house and land.  They are quite a pair - always cutting wood and repairing things and building things and who knows what else.  I think we are all lucky to have this special time to spend with your grandparents before we move onto a place of our own.

Today the sun in shining, it has been quite the Indian summer and I love it.  I am not ready for the winter at all!!  We are going to Cracker Barrel this afternoon to celebrate Grandma Debbie's birthday so I think we should get out and enjoy the sunshine.  So I think I will just keep this a short one.... here are some pics of our past month together!  And a few favorites that your Aunt Katie took of you last weekend (there are lots more and I love them all!!)
